Mike has worked in the drinks business for 30 years in retail, wholesale and winery sales management. He founded AWD in 1987 to apply modern logistics and information management techniques to drinks distribution. AWD works in partnership with over 300 domestic and international suppliers, warehouses and delivery companies nationwide. Mike is dedicated to developing a comprehensive national distribution service tier for the industry including 3-Tier Direct to Consumer, and business to business. He is available as a consultant, and for speaking engagements.

Jaime was raised in El Salvador and San Francisco. He has worked in a wide range of industries including construction, legal, manufacturing, and wine. His introduction to the wine industry was working for a national Italian specialty importer and wholesaler for 8 years, where he worked with distributors, wholesalers, and even sold to retail accounts in the Greater Bay Area. Jaime is focused on customer service, and thrives in an international environment. Jaime can be contacted to assist with items of concern you may have. He speaks Norwegian, Italian, and Spanish.

Dan previously worked for three years with Vintners Express' predecessor warehouse, AVS. He manages our delivery order pipe-line (via email and fax) including the following: (1) Orders for Vintners Express delivery; (2) Receiving orders from wineries using their own carriers; (3) Pick-Up Requests performed by Vintners Express at local warehouses; (4) Stock deliveries by Vintners Express to wineries and local warehouses; and (5) Inventory

Prior to working at Vintners Express, Veronica held many different positions ranging from engineering to marketing. Veronica joined the staff in July of 2006, and currently handles customer service and billing matters. She provides Logins and Passwords (allowing you to view your billing, inventory, and Proof of Deliveries including the ability to process your own orders online) and facilitates setting up new accounts and products.

Luis hails us from Montalvin, El Salvador. He is responsible for the following areas: (1) Breaks-down of run lists to ship orders so that the Proof of Deliveries are available online; (2) Enters receiving orders onto IMS from wineries, and local warehouses; (3) Enters product picked-up by Vintners Express at local warehouses; (4) Handles freight out orders; (5) Inventory issues; and (6) provides back-up to Dan at the order desk.
